🌟 EchoGo Member Agreement
Effective Date: Immediately Applicable To: All registered users participating in EchoGo platform tasks
SECTION 1: ECHOGO MEMBER ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
Any individual aged 18 or older who agrees to the terms outlined herein may apply to become an EchoGo Member.
1.2 Registration Process
Applicants must complete the official registration process via the EchoGo website or authorized platforms, submitting accurate and verifiable personal information.
SECTION 2: ACCOUNT POLICIES
2.1 Single Account Restriction
Each EchoGo Member is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate registrations or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
2.2 Prohibition of Fake Accounts
EchoGo Members shall not:
Register using false identities, fabricated information, or third-party credentials
Share or misuse another individual’s identity for registration purposes
Violations will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.
SECTION 3: RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
3.1 Member Rights
EchoGo Members are entitled to the following benefits (non-exhaustive):
Exclusive discounts on EchoGo services and products
Priority access to platform events, launches, and campaigns
Eligibility for rewards programs and tier-based incentives
3.2 Member Obligations
EchoGo Members must:
Comply with applicable laws and digital conduct standards
Protect the confidentiality of fellow members’ information
Promptly report suspicious activity or violations to EchoGo
SECTION 4: TIERED BENEFITS & PROFIT-SHARING MODEL
4.1 Tier Classification
EchoGo assigns membership tiers based on:
Daily engagement and task completion
Referral activity and community contribution
Compliance with platform guidelines
Each tier unlocks unique benefits, including salary incentives, enhanced discounts, and career development opportunities.
4.2 Profit-Sharing Mechanism
EchoGo collects user-generated music rating data and provides it to partnered music companies. EchoGo then shares 45% of the profits generated from this data directly with participating EchoGo Members as compensation for their contributions.
4.3 Tier Adjustments
EchoGo reserves the right to modify tier structures, benefits, or eligibility criteria at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-app alerts.
SECTION 5: GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 Termination
EchoGo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.
5.2 Governing Law
